Switchboard was started in 2014 as a space for WU community members to use as Willamette’s Craigslist. However, despite increased promotion of the tool over the previous years, Switchboard usage has decreased approximately 32 percent year over year for the last three years. With significant user decline and many alternative tools regularly utilized for similar activities, we've chosen to discontinue support of this tool. We've appreciated all of our participants in Switchboard over the last decade.
